Somatic breathwork is a body-focused breathing technique designed to release trapped emotions,

stress, and tension from the body. It helps clear energetic blockages and promotes mental,

emotional, and physical healing.


Each session begins with a brief introduction and intention setting. You will be guided through a

specific breath pattern to help release emotional blockages, followed by a period of rest and

integration.


No prior experience is necessary! Each session is designed to meet you where you are, and I will

guide you through the process step-by-step.


Somatic breathwork is generally safe for most people. However, if you have any medical

conditions such as heart issues, respiratory conditions, or if you are pregnant, it’s important to

consult with a healthcare professional before participating.


Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax. For group sessions or parties, feel free to

bring a journal and water bottle. Mats, pillows, and blankets are typically provided.


It’s best to arrive with an open mind and heart. You can also reflect on any personal intentions or

areas of life where you seek healing and growth.


Absolutely! Couples can experience deep connection and healing together, while groups foster

collective energy and support for one another’s personal journeys.


After a session, most people feel lighter, more connected, and relaxed. You may experience

insights or emotions arising, so it's recommended to take some quiet time for reflection and

integration.


Sessions vary from 60 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the service you choose. More details are
