 Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

 Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by price

 Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full

refund or reschedule.

 Cancellations made less than 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

 No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

4. Client Conduct

 Clients are expected to arrive on time and be respectful to staff and other participants.

 Divya reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who violate these terms or engage

in disruptive behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

Divya is not liable for:

 Any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services.

 External factors beyond our control, such as internet outages during virtual sessions.
