About nine years ago, I started practicing yoga with a simple goal in mind—I wanted to begin meditating. But sitting still was challenging for me, so I turned to yoga, a moving meditation, as a way to connect with myself. The more I practiced, the more I learned, and the more excited I became to share it with others. I started by practicing with my kids, then invited friends and clients to join me. Yoga became a way to share my journey and the incredible peace and reflection it brought to my life. What I love most about yoga is that it’s an ongoing practice—it’s never-ending, and there’s always more to learn. It’s not about how perfect you look in a pose or mastering the hardest moves (although I do love a good challenge!). It’s about turning inward, learning about yourself, loving yourself, and remembering that you are already whole and enough exactly as you are. Now, I’m beyond excited to take this journey to the next level and share yoga on a larger platform alongside other amazing women. Together, we’re creating a space to grow, support, and uplift one another. I can’t wait to continue this practice, expand our community, and help others discover the peace, growth, and love that yoga can bring!

Certified Somatic Mind-Body and movement practitioners, an experienced Herbalist, and trained in Anatomy and Physiology. I specialize in somatic movement and creating natural products that nurture the body and mind. Drawing inspiration from nature’s wisdom. My goal is to help others reconnect with their bodies and find harmony through movement and mindful self-care. After facing my own health challenges, I embraced a lifestyle grounded in nature’s wisdom. This led me on my physical, mental and spiritual journey to self-discovery. I now offer a variety of holistic services and products designed to help you heal, restore, and grow.
In a group class, I lead you through somatic movement practices to heal and balance your chakras. These gentle yet powerful sessions can support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, helping you reconnect with your body’s innate wisdom. In this one-on one sessions we will explore how your body moves, uncovering areas of tension, restriction, and imbalance. Through guided, mindful movement techniques, you’ll learn how to release stored tension, improve flexibility, and enhance your body’s natural flow.
